Обоснование: 3.1. В соответствии п. 23.8. Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг ПАО «Ростелеком» (утв. Советом директоров ПАО «Ростелеком» (Протокол № 08 от 22.10.2018 г.), к которому Общество присоединилось в порядке, предусмотренном ч. 4 ст. 2 Федерального закона от 18.07.2011г. № 223-ФЗ (Протокол № 156 от 02.11.2018 г.), далее Положение о закупках признать закупку по открытому запросу котировок № 31807333654 (1155414), проведённому в электронной форме на право заключения рамочного договора на выполнение сервисного обслуживания станций VSAT в Новосибирской области – не состоявшейся.
