Обоснование: Руководствуясь п. 30.1.5. Положения о закупке товаров работ и услуг ПАО «Ростелеком», утверждённое Советом директоров ПАО «Ростелеком» (Протокол №15 от 24.12.2018 г.), к которому Общество присоединилось в порядке, предусмотренном ч. 4 ст. 2 Федерального закона от 18.07.2011г. № 223-ФЗ (Протокол № 321 от 11.01.2019 г.) и на основании п. 28.5.15 Положения о закупке товаров работ и услуг ПАО «Ростелеком», утверждённое Советом директоров ПАО «Ростелеком» (Протокол №15 от 24.12.2018 г.), к которому Общество присоединилось в порядке, предусмотренном ч. 4 ст. 2 Федерального закона от 18.07.2011г. № 223-ФЗ (Протокол № 321 от 11.01.2019 г.) заключить договор на оказание эксплуатационно-технического обслуживания и технического обеспечения функционирования земных станций спутниковой связи в Амдерме и Салехарде с единственным Участником ООО "АМРУССТЕЛ" на сумму: 2 429 500 (Два миллиона четыреста двадцать девять тысяч пятьсот) руб. 00 коп. без учёта НДС,
(применяет УСН).
