Форма оплаты – безналичный расчет.
Оплата Товара производится Покупателем в российских рублях путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика, указанный в настоящем договоре.
Оплата будет производиться по факту поставки товара на основании счета в течение 40 (Сорока) банковских дней со дня подписания накладной. Оплата Товара производится безналичным расчетом в российских рублях.
Delivery terms:Поставка Товара осуществляется отдельными партиями транспортом Поставщика вместимостью не более 30 тонн груза в одной единице транспорта на основании заявки Покупателя. Объем партии товара - по потребности Покупателя.
