Payment terms:
Payment for the Work performed is made upon completion of all Work and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of the work on the basis of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the Work signed by the Parties, within at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the Work, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:

original invoice;
the original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the Work and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the Work performed.
In case of conclusion of an agreement with the SMSP:
Payment for the completed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works under the Agreement and the Contractor transfers to the Customer the Result of the work under the Agreement within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the completed Works signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку ООО СК «Плюс» соответствующей требованиям Документации.
2. Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос оферт в электронной форме на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «ПИР. Строительство тепловой сети от Павильона №1. ТК-4/1 – ст.зд. ж.д. №5 по ул. Васнецова (ЖК «Неон Сити»)» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», на основании пункта 5.5.13. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
3. Закупка признана несостоявшейся в связи с тем, что на участие в закупке подана только одна заявка.
4. Признать ООО СК «Плюс» единственным участником открытого запроса оферт в электронной форме на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «ПИР. Строительство тепловой сети от Павильона №1. ТК-4/1 – ст.зд. ж.д. №5 по ул. Васнецова (ЖК «Неон Сити»)» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс».
5. Заказчику перед заключением договора провести преддоговорные переговоры с ООО СК «Плюс», в том числе по снижению цены, представленной в заявке, на основании подпункта р. пункта 3.7.1. и пункта 5.5.16 Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
6. Заказчику обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки ООО СК «Плюс» на основании пункта 5.5.16 Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
