Payment terms:
Payment services is carried out by the customer on a monthly basis in accordance with annex 4 hereto by transferring funds to the executor's bank account specified in the section "Address and requisites of the parties" to this Treaty, for 85 (eighty five ) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act on provision of services and invoice invoice *.
* -In the case of conclusion of a contract with the subject small/medium enterprise development services payment is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act on provision of services and based on the invoice value of the goods.
