Payment terms:-volume work performance: on execution of works on repair of 10 kV CL of DP-113-08 PS UPF for the needs of "KES" branch PJSC mrsk of North-West (more detailed description of the amount contained in the technical specifications, which is an integral part of the RFP documentation);
- place of work: on the place of performance of the works specified in the technical specifications (section 2 request for proposals documentation);
- term of execution of works: July 1, 2018 year-July 31, 2018 year (1 month);
Delivery terms:-the price includes all additional (related) expenses, including the cost directly to the execution of works, the cost of materials, insurance, taxes and other payments;
- terms of payment: within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (Act on form No. COP-2) during the reporting period and cost of work performed and costs (form # KS-3), on the basis of the invoice issued by the contractor. More detailed payment terms of execution of works set in the draft Treaty (section 3 request for proposals documentation). In accordance with the provision on peculiarities of the participation of small and medium enterprises in the procurement of goods, works and services certain kinds of legal persons, the annual amounts of such purchases and the method of calculating the specified volume (approved by The Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 N 1352) payment for goods delivered (performed works, rendered services) on the contract (a separate phase of the Treaty), signed on the results of the purchase with the subject of small and medium enterprises is 30 calendar days from the date of signature customer document of acceptance of goods (execution of works, rendering services) on the contract (a separate phase of the Treaty), regardless of the contract based on the results of the procurement from small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, or based on the results of the procurement, undertaken in General order.
