Обоснование: Участник работает по упрощенной системе налогообложения и указанную сумму следует считать без НДС. Участник обладает необходимой правоспособностью для заключения и исполнения Договора, квалифицированным персоналом, материально-техническими ресурсами, опытом выполнения работ. Техническое предложение Участника соответствует требования Закупочной документации. Участник предложил наименьшую цену на оказание услуг.
