4. Technical requirements for the registration of documents by the Participant (acceptable formats):
- All documents are provided in scanned form, signed and stamped in PDF.
- Form No. 3, in addition to the scanned version, must be provided in Excel format (with the ability to edit).
- Form No. 5 is accepted only with the marking of the Participant's consent / objection (see the form).
5. This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
