1) Поставка продукции согласно запросу.

3) Продукция должна быть новой, не бывшей в употреблении.
4) К продукции должны быть приложены: сертификат качества товара/паспорт.
5) Критерии выбора наилучшего предложения: качество товара, минимальные срок поставки, стоимость, условия оплаты, опыт работы;
6) Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конкурсом, и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ;
7) Данная процедура так же не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ
