Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of Works is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of executed works.
Payment of works on emergency repair of equipment is made on the basis of the act of executed works, presented to the Customer by Contractor.
Delivery terms:
Commencement of work – within 5 (five) calendar days from the moment of signing the agreement by the parties.
Completion of Works-no later than 31.12.2019.
Lot № 1. Maintenance Of the equipment of air conditioning systems is performed twice a year (before and after the end of the summer season) in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Lot № 2. Maintenance Works for the supply ventilation of the P-1 ÷ P-6 of the machine room in April, July, September, December, in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Comments: Date and place of consideration of proposals: April 04, 2019 at 14:00 (local time) to the address of the customer's location.
Initial (maximum) price of the contract (LOT): is not installed.

Technical Specifications for maintenance and repair of equipment of air conditioning systems of premises and supply ventilation of the machine Hall of JSC "Krasnoyarsk HPP" in Annexes № № 3.4.

Обоснование: Протоколом комиссии по закупкам от 18.04.2019 года принято решение признать АО "КБ "Искра" победителем открытого запроса предложений на право заключения договора по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту оборудования приточной вентиляции П-1, П-2, П-3, П-4, П-5, П-6 машинного зала АО «Красноярская ГЭС» (Лот №2).

Условия договора:
Общая стоимость по договору составляет 495 720,00 руб. с НДС 20%.
Работы по техническому обслуживанию приточной вентиляции П-1÷П-6 машинного зала в апреле, июле, сентябре, декабре, в соответствии с согласованным графиком.
Оплата работ производится Заказчиком в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания акта выполненных работ.
Начало работ – в течение 5 (пяти) календарных дней с момента подписания договора сторонами. Окончание работ – не позднее 31.12.2019.
Гарантийный срок: 36 месяцев.
