To prepare the bid, potential Bidders are given the opportunity to inspect the Customer's facilities. The date and time of arrival at the Customer's territory must be agreed in advance by phone with the head of the Service of dispatching and technological control of the Vaag Vitaly Fedorovich, tel. +7 39144 63-290.

Working documentation and additional source documentation are provided subject to signing a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 3) and providing a copy of the current FSB license. A scanned copy of the Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix No. 3) should be sent to the Secretary of the Call for Bidding Commission by e-mail: zakup@kges.ru .
