Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties (Appendix No. 7);
c) invoices;
d) a report on the results of activities for 6 and 12 months at the object of protection (Appendix No. 10 to the Agreement on the provision of departmental security services);
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
