Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) an act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.

In the event that the contract is concluded with SMEs, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
