Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for rendered Services is made in the following order: final settlement with a delay not more than 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services, subject to submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) certificates of verification of the Objects.
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for rendered Services is made in the following order: final settlement with a delay of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services, subject to submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) certificates of verification of the Objects.
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
