Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Final settlement on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties, with a delay of no more than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing of the act of rendered services by the Parties, provided that Submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of the following documents:
• accounts; $
• Certificate of acceptance of rendered services (form No. KS-2) signed by the Parties;
• a certificate on the cost of services rendered and costs (Form No. COP-3) signed by the Parties;
• invoices.
Payment is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Final settlement on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties, with a delay of not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing of the Certificate of Delivery - acceptance of rendered services, provided the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
• accounts; $
• Certificate of acceptance of rendered services (form No. KS-2) signed by the Parties;
• a certificate on the cost of services rendered and costs (Form No. COP-3) signed by the Parties;
• invoices.
Payment is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Service provision period: 01.05.2020. - 01.10.2020.
