Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for work is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing of the act of work performed.
Payment for emergency repairs of equipment is made within 60 (sixty) calendar days on the basis of the act of work performed, presented to the Customer by the Contractor
Delivery terms:
Start of work - within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing the Agreement.
The contract is valid for 1 year.
Maintenance work on the equipment of the MCOD equipment is carried out in accordance with the agreed schedule. The scope of work is given in Appendix No. 1.
