Payment terms:Payment for the work is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion.

Payment for the emergency repair of equipment is made within 60 (sixty) calendar days on the basis of the certificate of completion presented to the Customer by the Contractor
Delivery terms:Start of work - within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing the Agreement.
The contract is valid for 1 year.

The maintenance work of the IDPC equipment is carried out in accordance with the agreed schedule. The scope of work is given in Appendix No. 1.
