Обоснование: На основании условий извещения № 31502393342 на оказание услуг проведения технического осмотра транспорта для нужд МУП "Горводоканал г. Волгограда" в 2015г
Заявка ООО «ДИАГНОСТИКА 2010» отклонена в виду несоответствия требованиям закупочной документации: Участник имеет право подать только одну заявку по каждому лоту. В случае нарушения этого требования все заявки такого участника отклоняются без рассмотрения по существу.
Заявка ООО «Областной центр диагностики автотранспорта» отклонена в виду несоответствия требованиям закупочной документации: Участник имеет право подать только одну заявку по каждому лоту. В случае нарушения этого требования все заявки такого участника отклоняются без рассмотрения по существу.
Руководствуясь п 4.3.16 Положения о закупках товаров, работ и услуг для нужд МУП «Горводоканал г. Волгограда»: «В случае если по запросу предложений не подано ни одно предложение или по результатам оценки предложений не был выбран победитель, запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся».
