The customer has the right to abandon the request for proposals at any stage prior to the signing of the Protocol on the winner's option, without incurring any liability to participants in the request for proposals, or by third parties to whom such an action may bring losses.
Detailed information identifying the services provided is shown in annex 1 to the procurement documentation "Setting for the provision of services.
Terms of the contract according to the results of the purchase, are shown in annex 2 to the procurement documentation "draft Treaty".
The other and more detailed purchase conditions are contained in the procurement documentation as an integral annex to this Notice.
Motor insurance policy of JSC «tyumenenergo between customer and participant purchases, which can be entered into the Treaty according to the procurement documentation, is not earlier than ten calendar days from the date of posting results of procurement (Protocol on the winner's option) on the site in a unified information and telecommunication network "Internet" (www.zakupki.gov.ru), but no more than twenty working days from the day of acceptance of the customer decision on conclusion of the contract (from the day the signing of the Protocol on the choice of the winner), except in cases where, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Charter of the customer for the contract must be approved by the competent authority of the Office of the customer, as well as cases where actions (inaction) of a customer in carrying out procurement appealed to the Antimonopoly authority or in court. In such cases, the contract must be signed within 20 working days from the date of entry into force of decision of the Antimonopoly authority or judicial act, which provides for the conclusion of the contract, or from the date of approval of such Party purchase Board of Directors
Tyumenenergo JSC "as an insurer of motor insurance JSC Tyumenenergo" for the period from 15.04.2018 to 14.04.2019.
In case of no Board approval of customer submitted nominations Party purchases for approval by the Board of Directors of the customer shall be sent to the candidate Participant purchases, the application of which has been assigned the following ordinal number according to ranking of the number of applications involved in ranking.
