Before the final determination of the winner of the organizer has the right to require any party to confirm its compliance with the qualification requirements. Confirmation of compliance of the participant qualifications is conducted according to the criteria specified in the procurement documentation. Confirmation of compliance of the participant qualifications may be carried out on all criteria and selectively. The refusal of the party from this procedure may be considered in procurement by the Commission as providing false information. The application of the participant, not meeting the requirements will be rejected.
