Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of products/consignment is made by the buyer with a deferred payment of not less than 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of products (the date of signing the parties Torg-12), provided that the buyer to provide a complete set of documents for Payment of Products:
- The original consignment note (Form Torg-12) for products signed by the parties – 2 copies;
- The original invoice is 1 copies.
In case the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
