Payment terms:
If The Participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Deferred Payment is not more than 30 calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the goods, provided the Supplier of invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the RUSSIAN TAX code. Payment under the Contract is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier, as well as by other means, not prohibited by the current legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation.
2) If The Participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of goods is made by the buyer with deferred payment of not less than 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of goods, provided the Supplier issued in accordance with the requirements of the RUSSIAN TAX code Invoices by transferring cash
Funds to the account of the Supplier, and may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation.
