Payment terms:
Payment of the Products/Party of Products shall be made by the Buyer with a delay of payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the parties to TORG-12), provided that providing the Buyer with a complete set of documents for payment of the Products/Party of Products:
- Original of the invoice (form TORG-12/UD) for the Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies. ; $
- Original invoice — 1 copy.
If the contract is concluded with the SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку ООО «БЗЭО» соответствующей требованиям Закупочной документации.
2. Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на поставку продукции «Запасные части к котлам» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», на основании пункта 5.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
3. Признать ООО «БЗЭО» единственным участником открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на поставку продукции «Запасные части к котлам» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс».
4. Заказчику (ПАО «Т Плюс») обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки ООО «БЗЭО» на основании пункта 5.5.13. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
