Payment terms:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer in the following order:
1. Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least
30 and no more than 60 * calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Parties to TORG-12)
subject to the provision of the Buyer a full set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot
Products:
- The original bill of lading (form TORG-12) for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies .;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
2. Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to a current account
Supplier specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, as well as may have a different form of payment, not
contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including through the transfer of bills, etc.
