Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
100% payment within 30 calendar days under the supply contract from the date of receipt of the products by the Buyer. Payment is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
100% payment with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days under the supply contract from the date of receipt of the products by the Buyer.
Payment is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
