Auto-extension

Payment terms:
If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
- 100% payment within 15 working days under the supply contract from the date of receipt of products by the Buyer.
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
- 100% payment with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days under the supply contract from the date of receipt of the products by the Buyer.
