Auto-extension

- Original commodity product invoice signed by the parties executed on form Torg-12-3 copies;
- The original invoice for 100% of the price of products-1 copies;
- Accompanying documents in accordance with clause 2.4. Contract-1 copies;
- A copy of the transport documents with the appropriate note on sending products (stamp of departure station, or etc.)-1.
If the contract is with SMSP, due date shall be set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
