Auto-extension

payment product/products is made by the buyer with deferred payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products (the date of signing by the parties of the Torg 12) subject to the provision of a full set of documents to the buyer on payment for Products/Party Products:
- The original call tag (form Torg-12) or UPD on products, signed by the parties-2 copies;
- The original invoice-1 copies;
- The original invoice-1 copies;
- Accompanying documents in accordance with clause 2.4. Contract-1 copies;
- A copy of the transport documents with the appropriate note on sending products (stamp of departure station, or etc.)-1.
If the contract is with SMSP, due date shall be set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
