Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Расчеты по настоящему договору производятся на основании выставленных Подрядчиком счетов на оплату за фактически выполненный объем работ, подтвержденный подписанными сторонами актом о приемке выполненных работ (форма КС-2) и справкой о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма КС-3), с приложением отчета об использовании материалов Заказчика (с указанием наименования, количества материалов Заказчика, если таковые представлялись).
Заказчик обязан оплатить фактически выполненные работы с отсрочкой не менее 30 и не более 60 календарных дней с момента выставления Подрядчиком счета на оплату, составленного на основании подписанных Сторонами акта о приемке выполненных работ (форма КС-2) и справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма КС-3), путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика.
Надлежащим образом оформленные со своей стороны акты о приемки выполненных работ (форма КС-2) и справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма КС-3) Подрядчик обязан предоставить Заказчику не позднее 25 числа месяца, в котором производились работы, в порядке, определенном п. 10.3. настоящего договора.
