Payment terms:payment of the cost of the executed works is made by the customer in the following order: Payment of the completed prospecting works and development of working documentation (1 stage) for each object is carried out on the basis of the act of delivery-acceptance of the executed design works and the invoice within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing of the mentioned Documents. Payment of completed construction and installation works (2 stage) for each object payment is made on the basis of acts of acceptance of completed works (Form № KS-2), certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (Form № KS-3), acts of work results and invoices, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of these documents
Delivery terms:period of carrying out of prospecting works, development of working documentation and execution of construction and installation works with delivery of equipment – no more than 120 days from the moment of signing the contract
