Payment of the executed works under the contract with deferred payment not more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of executed works in the form of KS-2, provided that the contractor has issued in accordance with the requirements of the Russian tax code of the invoice by Transfer of funds to the current account of "contractor", as well as other ways, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the participant does not belong to the subjects of small and average business:
100% of the cost of services – with a deferred payment of 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of executed works on the form of KS-2, provided that the contractor issued in accordance with the requirements of the Russian tax code of the invoice by listing Funds to the current account of the contractor, as well as by other means not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
