1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
with a deferred payment of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the signing of the Act of Acceptance of Works, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
Certificate of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties;
ü Copy of the Waybill / Certificate / Register on acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the full set of Documentation for the Stage of work;
ü original invoice;
ü the original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Works and transmitted to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
subject to the absence of claims and requirements on the part of the Customer regarding the quality and terms of the work performed.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all the Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Results on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the Works Acceptance Certificate, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:

ü Copy of the Waybill / Certificate / Register on acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the full set of Documentation for the Stage of work;
ü original invoice;
