Payment terms:
Paid for the work performed by the Customer upon completion of all work on the basis of signed the Act of acceptance of the work, with a delay of no less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance of work, subject to the submission by the Contractor to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü Act of Acceptance signed by the Parties;
ü A copy of the Act / Registry of acceptance-transfer of the Contractor to the Customer complete documentation of work;
ü Originals positive opinions, expertise, approvals, permits, issued by the specialized organizations in the documentation of work;
ü the original invoice;
ü the original invoice, drawn up on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Works and delivered to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of execution of works, in the absence of claims and demands from the Customer for quality and turnaround time.
Treaty settlements are made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier specified in the Agreement and may also have a different form of payment, does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including through the transfer of bills and so on.
