1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
Payment for the rendered stages of the Services under the contract is carried out in stages - with a deferred payment of not more than 15 working days from the date of signing of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed (in stages), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
• bills
• the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
• invoices
but in any case, not earlier than the deadlines stipulated by the Schedule for production and payment for work (Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement), as well as in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Payment for the rendered stages of the Services under the contract is carried out in stages - with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed (in stages), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
• bills
• the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
• invoices
but in any case, not earlier than the deadlines stipulated by the Schedule for production and payment for work (Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement), as well as in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
