The initial documentation (Appendix No. 5) necessary for the preparation of a commercial proposal is provided after signing the Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix No. 3).
For documentation, a scanned copy of the Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix No. 3) must be sent to the Secretary of the Procurement Commission by e-mail: zakup@kges.ru.
