The initial documentation required for the preparation of a commercial proposal is provided after the signing of the Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix No. 3). To receive the documentation, a scanned copy of the Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix No. 3) must be sent to the Secretary of the Procurement Commission by e-mail: zakup@kges.ru.
