Payment terms:Работы выполняются без авансирования всей работы либо ее части. Оплата работ производится помесячно в течение 60 (шестидесяти) дней с момента подписания сторонами актов приемки-передачи выполненных работ и предъявления подрядчиком счетов-фактур, но не ранее включения платежей в план финансирования ОАО «ТГК-9». Уступка прав требований по оплате третьей стороне - только с письменного согласия Заказчика.
