Обоснование: 1) На основании п.3.8.8.6 закупочной документации отклонить предложения ОАО "ТЭСС" и ООО "Энергосервис-Югра" так, как не предоставлены окончательные коммерческие предложения (с учетом новой цены) на бумажном носителе.
2) Согласно п.8.7.25 «Положения о порядке проведения регламентированных закупок товаров, работ, услуг в ОАО «Тюменьэнерго», запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся.
3) Данный запрос предложений будет объявлен повторно.
