Предложение Участника удовлетворяет техническим требованиям заказчика. Отзывы по аналогичным работам предоставлены. Сумма предложения ниже, чем у ООО "Элвест". 2 место - ООО "Элвест" (6 287 550,21 руб. с НДС) - в составе заявки представлены все необходимые документы, соответствующие требованиям документации. Опыт выполнения аналогичных работ незначительный. Кадровых и материально-технических ресурсов достаточно для выполнения работ по договору. Предложение Участника удовлетворяет техническим требованиям заказчика. Отзывы по аналогичным работам отсутствуют. Сумма предложения выше, чем у ООО "ТрансЭнергоРемонт".
