закупка открытого запроса предложений проводится
согласно Стандарту закупок ПАО «Россети», при этом
в соответствии с ч. 4 ст. 447 Гражданского Кодекса
РФ открытый запрос предложений не является торгами
и не регулируется нормами ст. 447-449 ГК РФ.
Данная процедура также не является публичным
конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061
части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской
Федерации. Организатор имеет право отказаться от
всех полученных предложений (заявок) по любой
причине или прекратить процедуру открытого запроса
предложений в любой момент, не неся при этом
никакой ответственности перед Участниками)
