Before the final determination of the winner the organizer has the right to demand from any participant confirmation of his/her compliance with the qualification Requirements. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant is carried out according to the criteria specified in the purchase Documentation. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant to qualifying requirements can be carried out both on all criteria, and selectively. A participant's refusal from this procedure may be regarded by the purchasing Commission as providing false Information. The application of the Non-compliant participant will be Rejected.
