Обоснование: Решением Конкурсной Комиссии открытый запрос предложений признан не состоявшимся (в рамках требований п. 7.5.2. "Положения о порядке проведения регламентированных закупок товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ОАО "Сибирьэлектросетьсервис") ввиду того, что только один участник, подавший предложение на участие в конкурентной процедуре, признан участником конкурентной процедуры. Предлагается заключить контракт у единственного источника(согласно п.5.11. а)) - ООО "ЕРСМ Сибири" на условиях, определенных документацией по запросу предложений, и письмом о подаче оферты участника.
