Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon the completion of the Stage of Work under the Contract, with a deferral of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days (if the contract is concluded with SMEs, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation) from the date of signing of the Act by the Parties Acceptance of work performed (form KS-2), provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with a complete set of documents for the completed Stage.
- The Customer makes the final settlement upon the achievement and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Work Result with a deferral of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days (if the contract is concluded with SMEs, the payment deadline is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation) from the date the Parties sign the Act acceptance of the completed construction of the Object (form Ks-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a full set of documents, according to the Agreement.
