Обоснование: По результатам отборочной и оценочной стадий комиссия приняла решение признать победителем открытого запроса предложений ФГУП "ЗапсибАГП"», так как Участник предложил наименьшую цену, имеет опыт и квалифицированный персонал на выполнение данных работ. Предложение полностью удовлетворяет Заказчика
