Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Settlement for the stages of the Services provided and accepted by the Customer is carried out with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) conclusion (report)
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
Delivery terms:
1. The volume of Services to be performed and specific sections of pipelines are determined by incidents that actually occurred and are sent to the Contractor additionally.
2. The participant must perform work on their own or with the involved forces and means according to the actual volume, and timely deliver the results of the work performed.
3. The participant has the right to involve the Subcontractors in the work and (or) to replace them only with the prior written consent of the Customer.
4. The Participant is fully responsible for the quality and timing of the Services by third parties involved.
5. The participant must ensure the timely elimination of deficiencies and defects identified during the acceptance of work performed and during the warranty period.
6. In the event that the new requirements come into force during the provision of the Services and are established by regulatory and technical documentation and regulatory legal acts concerning the work object, the Participant must take into account the new requirements without fail, notifying the Customer about the need to change the scope of work.
