Заказчик вправе корректировать объемы поставок мтр/услуг, в том числе в сторону уменьшения.
Критериями определения победителя будут наиболее полное соответствие техническому заданию и наименьшая предложенная стоимость услуг, объем которых определяется техническим заданием, разработанным заказчиком.
