Payment terms:
1) If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment with delay not more than 30 calendar days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery-acceptance of executed works (F. № KS-2) and the reference on the cost of performed works and expenses (f. № KS-3), provided that the contractor has furnished in accordance with Requirements of the NC RF invoices. Payment under the contract is made by the buyer by transferring funds to the account of the supplier, as well as by other means, not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment is made by the customer in stages with deferred payment of not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery-acceptance of executed works (F. № KS-2) and certificates on the cost of work performed and costs ( F. № KS-3) subject to provision of invoices issued by the contractor in accordance with the requirements of the Russian tax code. Payment under the contract is made by the customer by transferring funds to the account of the contractor, as well as by other means not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
