Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of Works on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, within 15 working days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Works acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
- A copy of the Consignment Note / Act / Register of acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation;
- Originals of positive opinions, Expertises, approvals, permits issued by Specialized Organizations for Documentation;
- original invoice;
- the original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of the work (if applicable),
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Works performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Result on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a payment delay of at least 60 no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate, subject to the Contractor's submission to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Works acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
- A copy of the Consignment Note / Act / Register of acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation;
- Originals of positive opinions, Expertises, approvals, permits issued by Specialized Organizations for Documentation;
- original invoice;
- the original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of the work (if applicable),
