1) If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:

Payment of goods is made by the buyer with a deferment of payment at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the goods, provided that the supplier issued in accordance with the requirements of the NC RF invoices, by transferring funds to the current account of the supplier, as well as may have a different form of settlements that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
