Work under the contract and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer The result of work with a delay of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed, subject to the submission of the following documents by the contractor:
ü the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
ü original invoice
ü Copies of Acceptance Certificates for a complete set of Executive Documentation
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Agreement, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
For SMEs: Payment under the contract is carried out upon completion of all Works and achievement of the result of the Works within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
ü invoices
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement, not
contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
